The pocket-sized Mysterious Rider

The Slim d’Hermès Mysterious Rider speaks volumes as a gift to the special bike rider in your life, or anyone who sees art in time. Based on the whimsical Mysterious Rider silk scarf motif by Dutch illustrator Viktor Hachmang, the watch shimmers with brilliant colour and delicate enamel workmanship. Reflecting the playful imaginary world of Hermès time, the mechanical self-winding watch is further brought to life with the Manufacture Hermès H1950 ultra-thin mechanical self-winding movement. It also comes along with a strap and pouch in matte Rouge H alligator leather, made by the experts at the Hermès saddlery and leather goods department.

Mandarin Oriental is headed to Bali

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group just announced a new opening in Bali’s southern coast. Set to open in 2027 on a cliffside plateau, Mandarin Oriental, Bali will boast dramatic panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and direct access to a secluded white-sand beach. Designed by a dynamic trio (Design Lab architects, interior designer Jeffrey Wilkes and Bill Bensley), the resort tastefully captures the essence of Balinese culture across the 110 suites and villas, food and beverage outlets (that includes a speakeasy and beach club), and sprawling cliff-front lawn, poised to be part of many special events to come.

Don Julio celebrated a one-year anniversary with Peggy Gou

This month marks the first anniversary of the collaboration between Don Julio Tequila and top DJ Peggy Gou, which has seen multiple activations like a cameo in Gou’s viral hit, (It Goes Like) Nanana. The highly anticipated event, which was held at Marquee Singapore on 19 July 2024, was a night filled with music, passion and interactive fringe activities and a celebration of the spirit of Por Amor (meaning ‘for love’ in Spanish). As proven by Peggy Gou and Don Julio, only greatness can happen when things are done for love.
