Robb Reviews: Titanium Lifting and Multifrax Laser at Aesthetic Studio Clinic

By Weixian Low 28 November, 2025

Here are two stackable, zero-filler treatments that promise a sharper jawline and baby-soft skin in under an hour. I tried Titanium Lifting and the Multifrax Laser digital peel at Aesthetic Studio Clinic to see if they actually deliver, and whether the glow lasts beyond the ride home

I’ve never had much to complain about when it comes to my skin. My complexion is generally well-behaved, save for the occasional breakout around that time of the month, or the morning-after puffiness that follows a cheeky late-night instant noodle supper—nothing a quick gua sha session can’t fix.

But one afternoon at Aesthetic Studio Clinic, after a back-to-back session of Titanium Lifting and Multifrax Laser, I realised that I was selling myself short with “good enough”. Stacked together, these two treatments are a gift that keeps on giving. I saw it in the lift mirror on the way down, in every reflective surface on the ride home, and—crucially—in the weeks that followed. Hear me out.

Say goodbye to treatments that focus on just one concern. Enter Titanium Lifting, a skincare innovation that lifts, brightens, and tightens all at once. Photo by Alma Lasers

Titanium Lifting: my most angular self, in under an hour

First up, Titanium Lifting, a non-invasive laser treatment that sculpts, brightens and tightens the face with zero downtime. In essence, it uses a combination of laser energies to target different layers of the skin in one sitting—helping to lift and contour, refine texture and give the overall complexion a more luminous, tightened appearance.

On the bed, the experience is far less intimidating than it sounds. After cleansing, numbing cream is applied before the doctor works the handpiece methodically across the face in different modes—one focused on contouring areas like the cheekbones and jaw, another that delivers an all-over tightening and brightening sweep. There’s a warm, elastic ‘ping’ as each pulse lands, but no real pain to speak of; built-in cooling helps keep everything comfortable, even as the energy penetrates deeper.

By the end of the session, my face looked like it had discovered cheekbones it didn’t know existed. My jawline appeared sharper, the lower half of my face less puffy, and my overall complexion brighter and more lifted. It was giving the kind of “did she lose weight or just sleep really well?” effect that’s subtle enough to pass for good genes, but dramatic enough that you definitely notice it.

It’s not hard to see why I was told that Korean idols often book Titanium Lifting right before high-profile events: you get a camera-ready, contoured visage without a hint of downtime, and results that continue to settle in over the following days. I, meanwhile, could not stop checking my reflection from every angle on the way home.

Multifrax Laser: a digital peel that keeps working for weeks

If Titanium Lifting was the fun, flirty half of the equation, Multifrax Laser felt like the serious one. Marketed as a digital peel, this is a regenerative laser treatment that works on both the surface and deeper layers of the skin to improve texture, clarity and overall tone.

In simpler terms, it creates controlled micro-zones of “injury” in the skin to kickstart repair, encouraging fresh collagen while helping to fade pigmentation, refine pores and smooth over old blemishes. Surrounding tissue is left intact, which helps the skin heal faster than with more aggressive, fully ablative lasers.

Pre-treatment, my consultation came with a long list of aftercare instructions: expect some redness and roughness, avoid make-up right after, skip strong actives for a few days, and be diligent with sunscreen because the skin will be more photosensitive. I braced myself for the worst. What I got instead was surprisingly manageable.

The week after: a skin diary

Because I am a millennial with a Notes app, I kept a running log of how my face looked and felt after the Multifrax session. While everyone’s experience will differ, here’s how mine unfolded.

Day 0 (treatment day): I was told to expect redness; what I saw in the mirror was more of a healthy flush, as if I’d spent a bit too long in the sun. No angry blotches, no “I can’t be seen in public” panic—I walked straight out of the clinic and onto the street without feeling self-conscious.

Day 2: The rosiness had dialled down considerably. Running my fingers over my cheeks, I noticed a faint “furry” texture almost like very fine sandpaper, but there was no pain or sensitivity. Existing spots on my cheeks had dried out and flattened noticeably.

Days 3–4: This was peak texture. I could feel the roughness most when cleansing or applying skincare, but even under close scrutiny, nothing looked alarming. Even with a light layer of foundation, no one could tell there was anything going on.

Day 5: The furriness mellowed back to what it felt like on Day 2. Previous blemishes had flattened completely and were already fading.

Day 7 onwards: The baby-soft skin I’d been promised finally emerged. My complexion looked clearer and more even, and when I leaned in close to examine the usual suspects around my nose and cheeks, my enlarged pores had all but disappeared.

Keeping things calm: post-laser routine

Through that first week, I kept my skincare routine deliberately simple and soothing. After double cleansing at the end of the day, I’d start with a calming toner to prep my skin, followed by a serum designed purely to hydrate and comfort. The one I reached for was loaded with hyaluronic acid, squalane, witch hazel and panthenol—enough to keep my face plump and calm without triggering any irritation. I sealed everything in with a cream moisturiser, then repeated the same routine twice a day, morning and night, with a strict SPF 50+ as the final step in the AM. No exfoliating acids, no retinoids, no “just to try” new cult-favourite launches. I suspect that restraint made the healing feel almost uneventful, in the best possible way.

From there, things only improved. Multifrax is designed so that collagen continues to remodel in the weeks after treatment, meaning you keep seeing incremental gains in texture and firmness over time.

More than four weeks on, my skin still feels smoother, clearer and more even-toned than it did pre-treatment despite daily make-up, office air-conditioning and the joys of city pollution.

One of the biggest advantages of doing Titanium Lifting and Multifrax Laser together is that they’re designed to be stackable in a single visit. You get immediate sculpting and lifting from Titanium Lifting, plus a slow-burn resurfacing effect from Multifrax that unfolds over days and weeks—essentially, instant gratification with delayed-release benefits layered on top.

The verdict

I went into Aesthetic Studio Clinic fairly content with my complexion. I left wondering why I’d settled for “fine” for so long. Titanium Lifting gave me the kind of angular visage I genuinely didn’t think my face shape was capable of, with absolutely no downtime—just a quietly snatched jawline that had me catching my reflection at every opportunity. Multifrax Laser, on the other hand, asked for a week of patience in exchange for better skin texture, refined pores and a more even tone that has, to my surprise, held steady more than a month on.

Individually, each treatment delivers on what it promises. Together, they’re a power couple: one sculpts, one smooths, and both play nicely with a packed schedule. If you’ve been flirting with the idea of lasers but dread looking like a tomato for days afterwards, this might just be the duo that changes your mind.
