Visa tailors its new Infinite Card suite of offerings to elevated appetites for travel and dining

By Robb Report Singapore 20 July, 2026

A new invitation-only tier welcomes the affluent aficionados of fine living to the best seats at the table and beyond

There is a particular kind of traveller Visa is now building for: one who has already done the overwater villa, already eaten at the restaurant with the year-long waitlist, and is now asking deeper questions about their indulgences: who made this, and why does it appeal the way it does. The refreshed Visa Infinite suite, launched on 16 July 2026, invites them to that conversation.

The card is split into three tiers. Visa Infinite anchors the suite with everyday value and travel rewards. Visa Infinite Privilege sits above it, created for broader access and more curated experiences. At the summit is Visa Infinite Private, an invitation-only tier for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Affluent households in Asia Pacific are projected to grow at an eight per cent compound annual rate through 2030, and the region already holds close to 31 per cent of the world’s ultra-high-net-worth population. Their spending on travel, entertainment and retail is climbing at nearly three times the rate of other cardholders. Visa’s research also points to a shift in appetite: this cohort increasingly favours cultural immersion over the traditional ideas of luxury, trading the postcard view for the story behind it.

Two programmes demonstrate that shift. Infinite Tastes: Beyond the Menu gives cardholders chef-led access to the craft and provenance behind Asia Pacific’s dining scene. Visa Destinations, meanwhile, curates journeys and exclusive access built around passion rather than itinerary. Neither programme is pitched as a perk. Rather, they offer access to the kind of experiences that no amount of spending alone can buy.

“Visa has long helped shape premium experiences for affluent consumers across Asia Pacific,” says T. R. Ramachandran, Visa Asia-Pacific’s head of products & solutions. “As expectations evolve toward more intentional and globally connected experiences, we are building on that momentum.”
