Developed by IOI Properties in collaboration with W Hotels, the W Residences Marina View project combines 683 private residences with a 360-room W Singapore hotel
Branded residences have become a defining feature of contemporary real estate. With seasoned buyers increasingly seeking properties that offer top-tier service, design, and a distinct sense of identity, these developments embody a lifestyle of prestige and practicality. And while many global cities have readily embraced the concept, Singapore, although deeply attuned to such currents, has been a little more selective.

Since the debut of the St. Regis Residences in 2008, only a handful of branded developments have entered the landscape, catering to a discreet segment of globally mobile buyers. Now, with the upcoming launch of W Residences Marina View, another name joins that list, bringing the concept into the heart of the city.
Developed by IOI Properties in collaboration with Marriott International’s W Hotels, the 51-storey property will be the first hotel-home integrated branded residence in Singapore. Located in Marina Bay, the development will feature 683 private residences positioned above the upcoming 360-room W Singapore Marina View Hotel, offering owners a dynamic blend of hotel-style living and residential privacy.

Set to launch with a limited release of 100 units on 25 October 2025, W Residences Marina View will introduce the brand’s spirited design ethos, expressed through the idea of “Liberated Luxury.” Conceived by architects61 with interiors by Fady Hachem, the design balances W’s signature energy and playfulness with a sense of urban calm and refinement.
Although still early in development, previews of the property’s showrooms suggest a contemporary design scheme defined by generous natural light and smart-home integration. The interiors appear poised to balance refined materials such as marble and timber with flourishes characteristic of the W brand — bold colour accents, lattice-inspired structures, and discreetly concealed rooms.

Beyond its architecture and design, residents will enjoy W’s Whatever/Whenever service, ensuring round-the-clock assistance, from valet and housekeeping to event coordination and in-residence dining. In addition, a partnership with Raffles Medical Group will introduce a 24-hour Medi-Concierge service for wellness and medical needs, while the Onivia Residences App extends service digitally, enabling residents to book amenities, manage guest access, and coordinate home requests at a touch.

Sales for W Residences Marina View will commence on 25 October 2025, with an initial release of 100 units. Of these, 85 will comprise one, two, and three-bedroom residences, starting from approximately S$3,230 per square foot. Complementing them are 15 four-and-five-bedroom residences within the Signature Collection. The property is targeted for completion in early 2029 with ownership structured on a 99-year leasehold tenure.
