Blancpain Villeret Saint-Valentin 2026

Leave it to Blancpain to express the depths of a burgeoning romance. For the 26th consecutive year, the heritage-rich Maison has unveiled a limited-edition timepiece for Valentine’s Day. Housed in a svelte 21.5 mm white-gold case, the Blancpain Villeret Saint-Valentin may be reserved in stature, yet it packs some serious visual punch.

With a diamond-set bezel framing an iridescent nacre perlée dial—one of the rarest and most delicate forms of mother-of-pearl—the watch isn’t shy about basking in the limelight. Completing the beguiling composition is a single heart-cut diamond at 12 o’clock. Powered by Blancpain’s calibre 615, the timepiece is no slouch in the technical department either, pairing its refined aesthetics with a compact automatic movement engineered specifically for mechanical miniaturisation.

Here’s one that’s sure to get the heart fluttering. Continuing its tradition of marking Valentine’s Day with a dedicated limited-edition timepiece, Harry Winston unveils the charming Premier Valentine’s Day Automatic 36mm.

Rendered in white mother-of-pearl, the watch’s dial is a vivid tableau centred on a delicate depiction of a white bird mid-flight, carrying a sealed envelope in its beak. Outlined in soft pink lacquer, the miniature scene sees the winged messenger racing against time to deliver what we can only assume is a declaration of love. Surrounding this artful depiction is an arrangement of marquise-cut rubies and pink sapphires that lend depth and colour, while an emerald-cut diamond at 12 o’clock adds a final flourish.

Powered by the automatic calibre HW2014, the timepiece is housed in a 36 mm 18k rose-gold case, adorned with 57 brilliant-cut diamonds across its bezel and lugs.

The latest addition to the collection, the bejewelled 30 mm L’Heure du Diamant reaffirms Chopard’s pedigree. Photo by Chopard

Chopard L’Heure du Diamant

How does that playground rhyme go again? Words could never…but stones something? Whatever it is, Chopard once again suggests that the best way to express matters of the heart might just be through stones.

The latest addition to the collection, the bejewelled 30 mm L’Heure du Diamant reaffirms Chopard’s long-standing fluency at the intersection of watchmaking and high jewellery. Crafted in 18-carat ethical white gold, the case frames a textured mother-of-pearl dial that shimmers when hit by light.

Encircling the dial is the collection’s signature diamond-set bezel, here composed of stones in varying sizes and arranged in a radiant, star-like formation. The composition is completed by the Maison’s distinctive bark-type bracelet, its finely veined texture lending a supple feel against the wrist.

Beneath the shimmer, the watch is powered by Chopard’s manual-winding calibre 10.01-C, one of the smallest movements of its kind, delivering a 45-hour power reserve.

Radiant and colourful, the Bvlgari Tubogas Manchette makes our list of watches to gift this Valentine’s Day. Photo by Bvlgari

Bvlgari Tubogas Manchette

If life suddenly has colour, you may be in love. Or perhaps you’ve just seen Bvlgari’s Tubogas Manchette—an archival design from 1974 brought vividly into the present.

Reviving the colour-saturated exuberance of the 1970s, Bvlgari’s contemporary reinterpretation of the Tubogas Manchette is unapologetically jewellery-first. Crafted in yellow gold, the sculptural cuff centres on a wide, single-coil Tubogas bracelet capped by a square dial, its bold geometry serving as a canvas for diamonds and a chromatic spectrum of gemstones.

Nearly 12 carats of pavé-set diamonds shimmer across the coiled bracelet, creating a luminous backdrop for an array of colourful stones from citrines and rubellites, to amethysts and spessartites.

Beneath the gem-setting bravura sits Bvlgari’s Lady Solotempo Automatic BVS100 calibre that delivers a 50-hour power reserve.

The Round Triple Mystery evokes the qualities of a fiery romance. Photo by Franck Muller

Franck Muller Round Triple Mystery

Despite its name, we haven’t been all that mysterious about our love for Franck Muller’s Round Triple Mystery. Equal parts haute horlogerie and high jewellery, the timepiece is evocative of the superlatives of a fiery romance: brilliant, dazzling, and full of depth.

Available in white or rose gold at 39 mm, the watch is lavishly set with diamonds across both case and dial, each stone individually placed to create a constant play of light. Yet beyond the gem-setting, it is the absence of traditional hands that defines the Triple Mystery’s allure. In their place are three independently rotating discs—one each for the hours, minutes, and seconds, transforming the dial into a kinetic display of artistry.

The seconds disc turns at the centre, adorned with a delicate lattice motif, while time is revealed through discreet gemstone indicators aligned with each rotating ring. Depending on the execution, these markers appear in sapphire, ruby, or emerald, introducing subtle flashes of colour that punctuate the dial.

Powering the timepiece is Franck Muller’s automatic calibre MVD 2800-TMY, developed specifically for the three-disc mystery display.
