The 27-year-old blend is now available at Singapore Changi Airport
Remy Martin has just launched in Singapore its cognac fine champagne by Baptiste Loiseau that is limited to 9,650 bottles worldwide. Following the Carte Blanche philosophy of no constraints (such as a set release date or number of editions required) Loiseau opted for a blend from the prized Merpins reserve, monitoring its evolution over the years.
The result is the 27-year-old Carte Blanche Merpins Cellar Edition that reveals a mixture of intense flavours – spicy notes of cinnamon and clove, with mirabelle, honey and gingerbread – balanced by a smoothness that lingers in the mouth. This rare cognac is rich, yet elegant and is best enjoyed neat.
