This US$13 million Miami residence was inspired by your favourite Bugatti supercar

The four-bedroom condo at The Estates at Acqualina pairs the marque brand’s exquisite craftsmanship, high-tech materials, and signature Bleu Royal Carbon hue

The obsessions of some car collectors stop at the garage, but for others, they extend right into their luxury homes.

Perched high above the Florida coastline at The Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach, this four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath condo translates Bugatti’s design language into liveable art. Conceived by designer Ricardo Britto, founder of Britto Design Studio, the 413-square-metre condo channels the same precision and performance that define Ettore Bugatti’s supercars—think sleek curves, innovative high-performance materials, and a sense of speed, even while standing still.

The high-floor spread is the first residence in Florida to fully integrate the cult-favourite marque’s design DNA—Bugatti is currently working on its own branded tower in Dubai—and, like any of the brand’s hyper sports cars, its features are as over-the-top as they are refined. Bugatti’s signature Bleu Royal Carbon hue can be found throughout, while the dining area features automotive-grade carbon fiber chairs that pay sculptural homage to Carlo Bugatti’s 1902 Cobra Chair. Every detail, from the handcrafted leathers and rare marbles to the high-gloss ceilings and Bentley Home furnishings, feels purpose-built. Baccarat chandeliers add a touch of drama, while 270-degree views stretch from the sunrise over the Atlantic to the sun setting behind the Miami skyline.

Residents at The Estates at Acqualina enjoy 4,181 square metres of perks: a Formula 1 racing simulator, ice-skating rink, bowling alley, golf simulator, speakeasy disco, movie theatre, surf simulator, and the country’s first and only Karl Lagerfeld–designed lobby. Beyond the automotive thrills, the complex also caters to families, offering spa and fitness centers, meticulously maintained pools, and other kid-friendly spaces.

The building has long attracted high-profile buyers: in 2022, NBA star LeBron James purchased a 43rd-floor unit for US$9 million, joining a roster that reportedly includes WSVN co-owner James L. Ansin, European Wax Center co-founder Joshua Coba, and United Automotive Insurance CEO Richard Parrillo.

Priced at US$13 million with Janet Ben Zvi of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, this “Bugatti Residence in the Sky” proves that in Miami, speed and style can live under the same roof.

Bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other, Sunny Isles Beach has quietly become Miami’s capital of car-branded luxury living. The city’s skyline already includes the Porsche Design Tower and the forthcoming Bentley Residences—each blurring the line between showroom and home with private car elevators and sky garages that allow you to admire your rides while sitting in the living room.
