Designed by Revuelta and Pagani Arte, Pagani Residences effortlessly extends the essence of Pagani across 30 storeys and beyond
Not that Singaporeans need to snowbird, but those looking to invest in real estate in similar climate can certainly buy a slice of the Miami waterfront pie. After all, the increasing amount of branded apartment complexes seem to make a case for it.
Joining the ranks of hoteliers, interior brands and automotive companies, such as The Ritz-Carlton, Baccarat and Aston Martin, is Pagani Automobili, the Italian hypercar maker made for the hyper extrovert. Set to open its doors on Harbor Island in Miami’s North Bay Village this 2027, Pagani Residences will be the first of its kind and the city’s only hypercar-branded building—for now.
Designed by Miami’s renowned architecture firm Revuelta, with interiors worked on by Pagani Arte—the car maker’s new interior design division—the property effortlessly extends the essence of Pagani across 30 storeys and beyond.
Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s principles of art and science, a refined aesthetic with cutting-edge technology will be reflected across all 70 corner residences. These range from two-bedroom apartments to penthouses, each fully customisable with high ceilings and waterfront-facing outdoor spaces. Residents will also enjoy a 73-metre waterfront boardwalk, private boat slips, 24/7 concierge, and a wealth of amenities that include private garages, storage for your kayak and spas for both yourself and your pet. Take the elevator to the top and there will be a rooftop pool and sky lounge, where you are rewarded with 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay.
