Singapore’s beloved wine bar brings the nation’s first fully integrated sommelier-led wine programme to a luxury hotel

Singapore’s definitive destination for exceptional wines has found a new home. Previously located at the Conrad Singapore Orchard, Park90 is now on the garden terrace (the 11th floor) of Pan Pacific Orchard, bringing the nation’s first fully integrated sommelier-led wine programme to a luxury hotel.

Working closely with the hotel’s culinary and hospitality teams, Park90’s certified sommeliers will shape up wine experiences across dining, private events, celebrations and stays. Seasoned collectors and curious enthusiasts alike will enjoy access to an impressive wine collection beyond the wine bar, featuring over 1,000 labels from every major wine region. Think cult Californian producers, grower Champagne, renowned names like Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and the Screaming Eagle Flight 2011, available exclusively by the glass.

At the wine bar itself, guests are invited to savour the rotating by-the-glass selection and a wine cocktail menu that offers various takes on classics, complemented by a refined Neo-French menu designed with Michael Wilson of Marguerite.

To celebrate the partnership, there’s a special Park90 Stay Experience kitted out for discerning wine travellers. Happening from 1 August to 30 December 2026, the suite experience will feature two-way limousine transfers, daily breakfast, evening cocktails and canapés and a select bottle of Château Lafite Rothschild on arrival.
