The restaurant’s twist on the festive menu isn’t new, but we never fail to look forward to it year after year. There are kebabs, Masala puff pastries, legs of lamb… but our favourite remains The Whole Tandoori Turkey Stuffed with Moral Briyani. While most oven-baked turkeys are shunned at dinner parties due to their dry, overly-roasted meat, this one hits the spot in all the right places. It’s marinated using spices such as mustard oil, cumin, Kashmiri chilli powder and tandoori garam masala overnight, before being grilled in the tandoor oven. Catering for a large party? The One-Michelin star restaurant has designed a hamper that features chef Manjunath Mural’s signature dishes.
