The 13 best watches at the Emmys, from Noah Wyle’s Cartier to Tramell Tillman’s Audemars Piguet

By Nicole Hoey 29 September, 2025

This year’s awards included big names like Noah Wyle and Tramell Tillman, showcasing plenty of stunning timepieces on the red carpet

The Emmys are once again upon us, letting us see which of our favorite shows take home TV’s top prize. And this year, the show gave us plenty to discuss. Tramell Tillman made history, becoming the first Black man to win the Best Supporting Actor in the drama category. Owen Cooper, star of Adolescence, also had a historic win as the youngest male to ever receive an Emmy, which he nabbed for outstanding supporting actor in a limited/anthology series or TV movie. The White Lotus, meanwhile, was almost shut out completely, only bringing home one of its 23 noms (perhaps season 4 will fare better).

The 77th iteration of the award show, held at Los Angeles’s Peacock Theater, also gives us the chance to see what hot horological pieces celebrities are rocking on the red carpet. Vacheron Constantin was a big winner of the night, with three celebs rocking the watchmaker’s timepieces. Audemars Piguet also had a good showing, thanks to Benny Blanco and Tillman. And let’s not forget Coleman Domingo’s Omega or Noah Wyle’s Cartier Tank.

Here, the 13 best watches at the Emmys.

Coleman Domingo is no stranger to an Omega timepiece. The actor donned an unreleased watch from the brand at the Met Gala, and he wore a Seamaster Diver 300M 007 Edition earlier this year on a jaunt around town. For the Emmys, Domingo chose to rock a Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional. Released in 2024, this timepiece (Ref. 310.20.42.50.02.001), is an updated take on the classic watch that famously accompanied astronauts on the moon. The 42 mm wrist candy looks out of this world on Domingo, too, with a bi-color design in stainless-steel and 18-karat Moonshine gold, accompanied by small seconds, 30-minute and 12-hour subdials.

As the host of the evening (and noted watch collector), Noah Bargatze had all eyes on him at the Emmys. Of course, we took notice of what was on his wrist: a Breguet Classique Souscription 2025BH, a nod to the watchmaker’s 250th anniversary this year. The 18-karat-gold wrist candy offers up a unique one-handed dial, coated in Grand Feu enamel, a sleek alligator strap, and the house’s VS00 movement.

Noah Wyle nabbed the Emmy for Lead Actor in a Drama for his role in The Pitt last night, and he donned a sophisticated watch worthy of the occasion. His Cartier Tank Américaine offers up a 44 mm case, a facet synthetic blue spinel, a silvered dial, and a navy-blue alligator strap—and, as you’d expect, the watchmaker’s classic blue sword-shaped hands.

Walton Goggins didn’t take home any awards for his role in The White Lotus, but he sure accessorized like a winner. The actor wore a Vacheron Constantin Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin (Ref. 4300V/220R-H144) for the Emmys, an 18-karat 5N pink-gold watch that is home to an ultra-slim perpetual calendar. The 41.5 mm wrist candy features a gold-lacquered dial, completed by a moon phase with a star-studded sky and a velvet-finished minutes track.

Goggins and his fellow White Lotus actor Sam Rockwell had a rather similar evening at the Emmys. Rockwell also went home empty-handed last night (in fact, White Lotus only won a single award), and he, too, chose to rock a Vacheron Constantin on the red carpet. That 40 mm Historiques American 1921, similar to Goggins’s watch, is done up in pink gold, but it’s inspired by a model released back in—you guessed it—1921. With Ref. 82035/000R-9359, you’re getting a diagonal dial, bold numerals, and a crown placed between 1 and 2 o’clock.

Code 11.59 by Audemars Piguet Perpetual Calendar, Tramell Tillman. Photo by Audemars Piguet; Amy Sussman/Getty Images

Tramell Tillman had quite the night at the Emmys this year. He became the first Black actor to win the award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series at the event, for his performance as Mr. Milchik in Severance. As an homage to the AppleTV+ series, Tillman’s timepiece of the evening, a Code 11.59 by Audemars Piguet Perpetual Calendar, is done up in a striking blue hue‚ similar to the one viewers see while watching Severance characters at the Lumon office. Ref. 26494BC.OO.D350KB.01 (unveiled in honor of the brand’s 150th anniversary) can be set with just a single crown—a brand first—and it offers up a slew of 18-karat-white-gold details throughout.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Chronograph, Brian Tyree Henry. Photo by Jaeger-LeCoultre; Amy Sussman/Getty Images

Brian Tyree Henry hit the red carpet in style last night, choosing to pair his neutral-hued jacket with a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Chronograph. The actor, nominated for his role in Dope Thief, paired his 18-karat pink-gold iteration of the timepiece with a black leather alligator strap. The standout feature of the model, though, is that reversible dial: One side is a classic Tribute, complete with a golden dial and a railroad minute track, while the other shows off an open-worked look at its Calibre 860 and other features of the retrograde chronograph. Prices for the Reverso Tribute Chronograph are available upon request.

Benny Blanco’s watch pairs perfectly with an Emmy statuette, though sadly his wife, Selena Gomez, didn’t take home an award for her Hulu show, Only Murders in the Building. The music producer rocked a dazzling Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Frost Gold Selfwinding at the awards show, a 34 mm timepiece done up in 18-karat yellow-gold sparkles from top to bottom. For that golden monochromatic look, Ref. 77450BA.GG.1361BA.01’s dial is embellished with AP’s Crystal Sand finish.

Another day, another red carpet where James Marsden is rocking an IWC. The actor has been an ambassador for the brand since 2020; for the Emmys this year, he chose to rock a Portofino Complete Calendar. Ref. IWC359001 marks IWC’s first watch with its newly developed complete calendar; the 41 mm wrist candy also features a stainless-steel case, a blue calfskin strap, and a silver-plated dial.

Jesse Williams, known for his role on Grey’s Anatomy, was a presenter at last night’s Emmys, and we couldn’t help but notice the Blancpain on his wrist. The actor’s Villeret Quantième Complet (Ref. 6654 3640 55B) offers up an 18-carat red-gold case, which is home to a striking blue dial, a sweeping seconds hand, and a complete calendar and moon phase complication. The timepiece, powered by the watchmaker’s 6654.4 self-winding caliber, also includes a sapphire crystal back that lets you take a peek at what’s inside.

Hublot Classic Fusion Titanium, Brett Goldstein. Photo by Hublot; John Shearer/WireImage

rett Goldstein’s Shrinking, shown on Apple TV+, got seven noms at the Emmys this year, and the English actor and comedian managed to garner even more attention for the Hubot on his wrist. The Classic Fusion Titanium in the 38 mm size (known as Ref. 565.NX.1470.RX0) is home to the brand’s HUB1110 self-winding movement, alongside a satin-finished and polished titanium case and a black sunray dial.

IWC Portofino Automatic, Hiroyuki Sanada. Photo by IWC; Amy Sussman/Getty Images

Hiroyuki Sanada, the Shōgun star who nabbed the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama in 2024, is all too familiar with the Emmys’ red carpet. This year, the actor was dripping in elegance, choosing to rock IWC’s Portofino Automatic for the occasion. Ref. IW356517, with its stainless-steel case, includes a classic silver dial and a 50-hour power reserve, thanks to its caliber 35111.

Vacheron Constantin Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin Skeleton, Justin Hartley. Photo by Vacheron Constantin; Amy Sussman/Getty Images

Justin Hartley also hopped on the Vacheron train last night, choosing to rock an Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin Skeleton from the watchmaker. The entirely skelentoized model, Ref. 4300V/220R-B642, done up in 18-karat pink gold with blue accents, gives you a look at its Caliber 1120/3 QPSQ/1. The 30 mm watch also offers up a moon phase decorated with stars and two moons and a stunning bracelet. Price for Hartley’s Vacheron is available upon request.
