The Coco Crush 2024 collection revisits the art of stacking, featuring rings and earrings inspired by the iconic quilted motif
In her hit song 7 Rings, Ariana Grande sings, “Wearing a ring, but ain’t gon’ be no ‘Mrs.,’” a lyric that feels almost prophetic in the context of Chanel’s Coco Crush 2024 offering. This line perfectly captures the spirit of the collection, which empowers wearers to style the pieces however they choose, free from outside influence. Coincidentally, the collection introduces seven new creations, further tying it to the song’s theme.
Beyond the assumed musical references, the series also pays homage to the Maison’s rich history, drawing inspiration from the quilted motif, an emblem of the house since 1955.
The brand-new semi-paved design is manifested in three rings, each enhanced with prong-set diamonds on every curved square of the motif, available in yellow, beige, and white gold—like the three mini single hoops in the series. Other highlights include an earring with a bicolour design in beige gold, white gold, and diamonds.
While these pieces make a statement on their own, they truly shine when layered together, offering a bold and unexpected symmetry.
