Raffles Sentosa Singapore is now open for bookings
Singapore’s first all-villa property is now taking reservations for stays, weddings and various experiences. Opening this 1 March 2025, the hotel will present a new chapter for the storied Raffles brand, which harkens back to 1887 with its debut of Raffles Singapore. Built on 100,000 square metres of lush greenery on Sentosa island, Raffles Sentosa Singapore will feature 62 villas (210 to 650 sqm) that are each equipped with a private pool and outdoor terrace; a spa steeped in holistic wellness; two ballrooms; and five restaurants and lounges designed to take you places. Guests may enjoy Japanese omakase at Hashida, Cantonese at Royal China and kick back to a speakeasy at Chairman’s Room.
An homage to Monsieur Dior
As a way to pay tribute to Monsieur Dior’s universe, two new Dior Grand Soir Automate models have arrived. The Dior Grand Soir Automate Miss Dior, which illustrates Monsieur Dior’s most emblematic dresses by blending delicate mother-of-pearl flowers with precious stones, and the Dior Grand Soir Automate Grisgris, which pays tribute to the lucky charms life presented him with. The unique timepiece, inspired by sacred amulets that are now iconic at Dior, radiates with sparkling stars, diamonds and the brilliance gold.
Ottolenghi Geneva is opening at Mandarin Oriental
When you’re on holiday in Switzerland and your palate’s in need of something a lot more vibrant, make a trip to Ottolenghi Geneva. Soon to open at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva this 30 January 2025, the restaurant borrows inspiration from Ottolenghi’s London-based Rovi, with the aim to take grilling and fermentation to greater heights. Open all day with a menu that marries local Swiss ingredients with the flavours of the Mediterranean, one can look forward to a range of sharing plates suited for diverse tastes and occasions. Expect Ottolenghi classics like Shakshuka with braised eggs and labneh, and dishes that are unique to Switzerland, such as Langos with black garlic butter, sour cream and Chällerhocker, a semi-hard Alpine cheese. Moschino gets personal
Moschino’s now offering a bespoke personalisation service for its Handle Me bag, its new classic from Collezione 1. Made in either buttery calfskin leather or luxuriously soft suede, this highly functional hobo bag is generous with space and light on the shoulders. It also features a detachable belt, which customers may personalise with as many as eight gold metal letters to make it truly theirs. Available at the Moschino boutique at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands for S$150.
