Ceiling heights range from 3m to more than 4m, with thoughtful design touches such as a Calacatta feature wall in the primary bathroom. Offering even greater luxury are 11 penthouses, which boast ceiling heights of more than 4.9m and large windows overlooking the city.

The deal-clincher:The building also houses more than 1,858sqm of amenities that include an indoor pool, roof gardens for dining or relaxing, a playroom and a fitness centre with private rooms for personal training. Oh, there’s also has a private dining suite with a wine cellar and lounge.

Hyatt teamed up with Hang Lung Properties “to create a new benchmark for luxury urban living”, according to Herman Chui, Hang Lung’s director—office & residence. Grand Hyatt Residences Kunming occupies the 28th to 57th floors of a 249m tall building that also houses a 332-room Grand Hyatt hotel on the lower floors. The building is located in Panlong District, which is Kunming’s business and commercial hub. A total of 254 apartments are available, with floor areas ranging from 133sqm to 616sqm as well as an 880sqm residence on the top floor. Residents can enjoy a landscape design that was inspired by the Stone Forest in Yunnan throughout the building’s exterior and interior all the way up to a rooftop garden. Grand Hyatt Residences Kunming marks Hang Lung’s first hotel-branded project in its Hang Lung Residences brand.

The deal-clincher: Apartments with a floor area of 483sqm upwards come with a private terrace and swimming pool.

Intuition Furano is the first master-planned estate in Furano Ski Resort, with space for 17 villa plots and one hotel site. Prospective investors can opt for two types of packages: land only or land and villa. Plot sizes range between 430sqm and 640sqm. Lot D comprises a 280sqm villa with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The plot of land it occupies has an area of 437sqm. Owners will enjoy property management, letting and housekeeping services.

The deal-clincher: Intuition is located at the top of a ski village called Kitanomine and is close to bars and restaurants.
