Of the many ways to ring in a new year, few feel quite as satisfying as a perfectly timed toast, preferably with a front-row view of fireworks and a drink that never seems to run dry
We’ve barely packed away the Christmas décor, and someone’s already talking about New Year’s Eve–it’s officially time to lock in your 31 December plans. Whether you’re after sky-high revelry, a DJ-led dance floor, or a dinner that crescendos neatly into midnight, Singapore’s venues are already rolling out the velvet ropes and countdown packages for the leap into 2026. Here are the New Year’s Eve revelries worth hitting up.

Temper
If you like your New Year’s Eve with equal parts dinner-table polish and dancefloor energy, Temper’s New Year’s Glow is built for the full arc of the night. Arrive hungry for a five-course dinner (5pm to 10pm, with last seating at 7:30pm, S$200++ per head) that moves from familiar favourites—Sicilian Sashimi, Uni & Crab Roll, and Zaab Chicken Nanban—to a choose-your-own main of Crispy Beef Brisket or Cod Bouillabaisse, before a Red Velvet Tres Leches seals things on a sweet note.
From 9pm, DJ YA5TH turns up the tempo, leading into the 10pm countdown party (anchored by an à la carte beverage minimum spend of S$150++ per head). Keep an eye out for Celebration (S$25++), the venue’s NYE cocktail available from 29 to 31 December, plus curated bottle packages featuring Balvenie 12, Código Añejo, Yamazaki 12, and Martell Cordon Bleu.

COTE Singapore and Milim Bar
If you’d rather welcome 2026 over live-fire theatrics and serious steak, COTE Singapore’s Butcher’s Celebration is a tidy way to do it. Offered exclusively at dinner on 31 December 2025 (S$295++ per head), the menu is anchored by a parade of COTE signatures and premium cut, complete with festive sides and Longevity Noodles for an auspicious start, while the final seating comes with a Champagne toast at midnight.
Still standing after dinner? Slip over to Millim Bar, where a one-night-only edition of Millim After Dark runs with DJ Drem and DJ Krumbs from 8pm till late. Expect premium spirit packages from S$400++, Champagne from S$175++ to S$350++, and a headline bottle for the high rollers: a Louis XIII at S$5,000++.

METT Singapore
If your countdown calls for a dress code and a little drama, METT Singapore is going full gold-and-white with its Golden Soirée celebrations across 31 December. Start at L’Amo Bistrò del Mare, where you can swing by for a reduced à la carte first seating (6pm–8pm), or commit to the main event with the second seating (8:30pm till late)—a six-course dinner set to live piano, with optional free-flow Boizel or Krug Champagne upgrades (from S$228++ per person for the second seating).
Keep the energy going at Canning Bar & Lounge from 8:30pm till late, where the party leans into DJs, dancing, and the option to go all-in with free-flowing Champagne, cocktails and wines from S$188++ per head, with Boizel or Krug free-flow add-ons—both including sommelier-selected wines and house pours.
