The Nobu development will sit along the shores of Yiti Beach, just 28 kilometres from the city centre

Home to luxury coastal resorts and stunning desert landscapes, Oman’s Middle Eastern beauty is something to behold. Muscat, its port capital that’s wedged between mountains and ocean, is delightfully scenic and offers plenty of things to do, from navigating the chaos of the Mutrah Souq to diving with turtles in a pristine lagoon.

Soon enough, Muscat will also be home to a Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences, the latest addition to Nobu Hospitality’s growing portfolio of mixed-used developments in the Middle East. Developed in partnership with the Oman Tourism Development Company and Enevoria Development, it will sit along the shores of Yiti Beach, just 28 kilometres from the city centre.

Spanning over 60,000 square metres, the property will feature 80 hotel rooms, a signature Nobu Restaurant, spa, fitness centre and beach club. There will also be a limited collection of branded residences, built for a beachside community that will benefit from the Nobu lifestyle, exclusive resident perks and breathtaking coastal views.
