Developed in partnership with the Oman Tourism Development Company and Enevoria Development, it will sit along the shores of Yiti Beach, just 28 kilometres from the city centre.
Spanning over 60,000 square metres, the property will feature 80 hotel rooms, a signature Nobu Restaurant, spa, fitness centre and beach club. There will also be a limited collection of branded residences, built for a beachside community that will benefit from the Nobu lifestyle, exclusive resident perks and breathtaking coastal views.
