Once again, another new way to enjoy The Macallan

The next time you have a cup of coffee, think of The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired By Intense Arabica. As its name suggests, the whisky draws inspiration from Arabica coffee from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, and comes aged in both American and European oak casks, boasting distinctive notes offered by single malts. It is also reminiscent of a sweet-yet-strong espresso, making it the perfect coffee pairing, whether it’s a steamy cup of Joe or a classic Opera cake.

Yours for S$288 at The Macallan Boutique at Raffles Hotel, where you may also embark on a little coffee-and-whisky experience. Happening this 9 to 19 December 2022, guests may grind their own beans and purchase a dram of The Macallan to go with, before leaving with a bottle or two or three. Spots are limited, so be sure to place your reservations here.

A festive rum for the season

Searching for something festive for Christmas? Rockpool Rum might just do it for you. Merging English-style rums from Barbados and Spanish-style rums from the Dominican Republic, Rockpool produces a warm finish with notes of light vanilla and dried orange peel. It’s an easy drink that’s still complex and full of character at the same time, and is best enjoyed on the rocks.

In the spirit of the holidays, each bottle (S$95) purchased may come gift-wrapped for S$98. Purchasing two bottles will also receive a complimentary Rockpool beach towel.
