Patek Philippe Singapore Service Centre reopens after extensive renovation

By Audrey Simon 29 January, 2026

As one of only eight Patek Philippe Service Centres worldwide, the Singapore facility reflects the city’s growing appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage

Workbenches with precise lighting, adjustable stools, loupes, microscopes, and bench magnifiers are familiar sights in a Geneva watch manufacture. Today, that same environment can be found at the reopened 8,193-square-foot Patek Philippe Singapore Service Centre, after a comprehensive renovation.

The expanded space has been redesigned to enhance both artisan workflow and client experience. Beyond the technical workshop, it now features two elegant client lounges for watch viewings, presentations, and interactive demonstrations, as well as a private boardroom for consultations.

The reopening marks an important milestone for the Manufacture, and reflects the importance Patek Philippe places on after-sales service, valued as highly as the creation of its timepieces. This philosophy reassures clients that acquiring a Patek Philippe watch is the beginning of a lifelong relationship grounded in care and continuity.

To preserve this bond, the maison has established a global network of Authorised Retailers and Certified Service Centres dedicated to upholding the quality and savoir-faire that define its watches. Each centre is committed to accepting every Patek Philippe timepiece for servicing and providing clear repair cost estimates.

One of just 13 authorised service centres worldwide, the Singapore facility is staffed by certified specialists trained to the Manufacture’s exacting standards, reflecting a dedication to craftsmanship, precision, and meticulous care.

The workshop continues to support four core stages of servicing: Essential Maintenance, Movement Intervention, Case Intervention, and Final Control, now enhanced by upgraded equipment and improved ergonomics. A 33-member customer service team, including 16 dedicated watchmakers, ensures undivided attention for every timepiece.

With this reopening, Patek Philippe strengthens its presence in Singapore and the region, reaffirming the values that have guided the maison for over 180 years: independence, tradition, innovation, quality, service, and heritage. The Patek Philippe Seal embodies this commitment, guaranteeing the longevity and reliability of every watch.

Since 1839, the maison has upheld an enduring pledge and that is to service, repair, and restore every watch it has ever made, regardless of age. Whether carried out locally or in specialised workshops in Geneva, this promise ensures each timepiece retains its precision, beauty, and significance across generations.
