Collection Sei Design by Pininfarina unites world-class automotive design with first-class living
Bringing the worlds of automotive design, architecture and luxury real estate together, Pininfarina, the iconic brand behind some of Ferrari’s most celebrated vehicles, has unveiled its very first branded villa collection in the United States. This unveiling comes during a milestone year, the 60th anniversary of the Duetto, one of its most beloved automotive designs to date.
Launched in partnership with Miami-based homebuilder Manny Angelo Varas and MV Group USA, and overseen by the company’s chief architectural officer Samuele Sordi, the Collection Sei Design by Pininfarina offers six move-in ready residences. Measuring around 743 square metres on a minimum plot of 1,858 square metres, each home comes designed, built and furnished by the Italian studio.

While each villa remains unique to the buyer, a shared aesthetic runs throughout the collection: curved balconies, sliding screens and covered terraces. There’s also a glass-walled five-car garage with single-post lifts and a driveway turntable, and a three-storey indoor garden beneath a glass dome, bringing plenty of light and greenery into the house.
“The villa dissolves the boundaries between architecture and landscape, indoors and outdoors, unfolding as a continuous spatial experience rather than a sequence of rooms,” said Sordi. “Light, nature, movement and proportion come together to transform every corner into a meaningful destination.”
Excluding the price of the land, each property will be offered at US$16,950,000, with a one-year resale restriction to preserve the brand’s exclusivity.
