Dior Fall Winter 2026/27 women’s collection finds its muse in the water lily

By Amos Chin 18 August, 2026

For the Dior Fall Winter 2026/27 women’s collection, Jonathan Anderson looks to one of Paris’ most recognisable gardens for inspiration

At the Jardin des Tuileries, the water lilies floating on the Bassin Octogonal offer a quieter kind of spectacle and become the defining motif of the Dior Fall Winter 2026/27 women’s collection.

The flower appears throughout the accessories, bringing a softer, more romantic note to Dior’s leather goods. On the Lady Dior, D-Joy and Dior Bow, it is embroidered with the kind of intricate craftsmanship that turns a familiar botanical reference into something distinctly Dior. The Book Tote and Saddle are given the same treatment, while smaller leather goods pick up the motif in a series of delicate interpretations. One of the standout pieces is the Petit Dîner clutch, conceived in green micro-cannage and finished with a water lily clasp.

The footwear follows suit. Dior Bloom sandals and Dior Nymphéas heels carry the floral theme into the collection, while accessories introduce a palette of pale blue, green, and pink. Silk scarves, Mitzah designs, and the Diorette scrunchie add further touches of the garden, alongside jewellery from the Dior en fleurs line.

Sunglasses and bag charms complete the narrative, but it is the water lily that holds everything together. Rather than treating nature as a literal print, Dior uses it as a starting point for exploring the relationship between the organic and the constructed—between something that grows freely and the savoir-faire required to recreate it.
