Three non-invasive treatments for time-starved professionals

Spruce up with Titanium Lifting, Ultherapy Prime, and Density RF at IDS Clinic—and be ready for the office right after

Downtime is the true opportunity cost for professionals who cannot disappear from a boardroom for a week to recover from a procedure. For those of us who want to get an aesthetic boost without disrupting our schedules, the appeal of aesthetic medicine now rests on what a treatment can achieve and how little it asks of our calendar in return.

Here, we recommend three treatments that allow for just that, each drawing on a different technology to tighten, lift, or resurface skin without a scalpel or a recovery plan.

Titanium Lifting

Some types of fatigue show up not as a wrinkle but as a slackness around the jaw, the sort a colleague notices before you do. Titanium Lifting was built for that moment: a triple-wavelength laser treatment that works pigmentation, texture, and contour in a single 20-minute pass. The treatment runs on two settings, one for precision work around the cheekbones and jowls, another for a broader, brightening sweep across the whole face.

A preliminary study of 28 female patients who underwent five sessions found that 78 per cent reported over 25 per cent improvement in skin firmness, with 86 per cent showing significant tightening on dermatologist assessments. Three sessions, each a month apart, are recommended for a start.

Ultherapy Prime

Go for Ultherapy Prime if you don’t mind waiting for a subtle and gradual lifting of your visage. The treatment takes about three months to take full effect and can last for up to a year. The newest iteration of Ultherapy, it uses focused ultrasound to heat tissue at the depth where collagen is made to trigger a lift. There is no cutting, no injecting, only a warm, tingling sensation during the session itself.

While the Ultherapy Prime requires patience, it offers something the faster treatments on this list do not: genuine structural change to the brow, neck, chin, and décolletage, rather than a surface refresh.

Density RF

The least glamorous name on this list happens to be the most versatile treatment. Density RF works on the principle that skin rarely ages at just one depth, so it treats two at once, deep radio frequency to firm the structural layers beneath, more superficial radio frequency to refine the texture above, delivered in whatever combination a session calls for.

It is used across the face and neck as readily as the abdomen or upper arms, which makes it less a single fix than a flexible tool a practitioner reaches for depending on what a patient actually needs that day.

All three treatments are available at IDS Clinic.
