The bar is going all out with a five-course menu to go with its captivating views of the Singapore skyline. Couples will have a choice of one main – Geraldton Kingfish with Hokkaido Scallop, Jerusalem Artichoke, Capers and Raisin Puree and Samphire or the Westholme Wagyu Tenderloin with Black Garlic, Charred Onion and Bone Marrow Jus.
