Hermès presents new tableware

Inspired by 19th-century English botanical illustrations, Natures Marines is an ode to the delicacy of a colourful marine world, featuring freshwater algae and radiant corals. Designed by British illustrator Katie Scott, the 34-piece collection comprises plates, bowls and cups of various sizes, a six-cup teapot, and even a sugar bowl.

Kimpton Suntaya Bali Ubud opens this year

As the first of its kind in Indonesia, the Kimpton Suntaya Bali Ubud will soon be an extension of Bali’s creative energy, bringing with it Kimpton’s signature approach to hospitality, intuitive service and design-forward spaces. Set in the heart of Ubud, the resort will be a short walk from the town’s iconic landmarks, and a haven of 101 thoughtfully designed accommodations, including expansive pool suites and private pool villas. Guests will also have access to five dining destinations, the Sakshi Spa, and lifestyle and wellness programmes.

The Anantara Tented Camp Kafue River opens

Anantara, a champion of immersive hospitality, just launched its first safari tented camp, where guests can enjoy world-class stargazing and time-honoured African rituals that align the body and mind. Designed by South African studio MRS, the camp is a tight-knit community of 10 villas and three terrace suites. Families can opt for the Presidential Villa, which can be expanded to a 515-sqm two-bedder complete with a private boat dock and an oversized plunge pool, while couples will love either the 115-sqm Pool Villa or 65-sqm Horizon Terrace Suite, an intimate treetop retreat elevated 14 metres above the ground.

Dior’s Book Tote Mini Games

Inspired by the beauty of a first edition literary masterpiece, Dior’s Book Cover Collection celebrates the joy of reading with classics such DraculaUlysses and Pride and Prejudice. The collection comprises bags, ready-to-wear, scarves and now a series of mini games, available on Snapchat and TikTok.

Paying tribute to the eponymous empress’s passion for pearls and the long Chaumet tradition of such craftsmanship, the Joséphine Soir de Fête celebrates those who love to shine with style. An ensemble of earrings, a brooch, ring and necklace, it illuminates one’s outfit with more than just 15 South Sea cultured pearls, but also head-turning elegance and strength.
